I forgot the combination to my lock.The company offered to replace my bag but I decided not to worry with it as having the lock is really a secondary issue for me. It prevents against smells very well even without the lock functioning and with only one good zipper

Its actually smell proof. I love the lock feature, but can be difficult to lock until you get the hang of it. It’s not big, but perfect for traveling.

The item was a little smaller than what I was expecting. It can still fit individual containers for my medicine but not as many as my old one. It hides smells really well tho so it's worth it

I really like this bag, and it is really smell proof, and the lock is great quality... BUT, it should be a bit bigger. I have managed to stuff all of my gear in it, but just barely. Its the size of a small lunch box, like kindergarten small lunch box. If not for size, would have rated 5 stars.

This thing is heavy duty, the zipper is great and sealable. The lock isnt bad either but I dont have a benchmark for that. The material on the outside is this super slick woven stuff. Very smellproof, highly recommend
